* PLC School supplements this program with individual instruction, conversation practice with Thai and native English speaking teachers, and reading and writing practice.  

There is no wasted time during a two hour class at PLC.  The Rosetta Stone software keeps each student learning independently.  Additionally, teachers circulate the room to work with students one-on-one with reading skills, writing skills, and conversation skills.  This portion is very important.  If the students only work with Rosetta Stone, they are likely to become bored and lose interest after a while.  There is also a risk that if students only work with Rosetta Stone that they will not be confident or prepared when faced with the opportunity to speak with a real live person instead of a computer.  These one-on-one sessions help the students convert what they have learned using Rosetta Stone into real life situations and conversations.
